Employees are on the most important resources in the system.
The employee screen contains the master data from all drivers, planners, mechanics, et cetera.
| Costs | Here you set the costs (per kilometer, per hour, etc.). This is used to fill in costs on a trip. When nothing is filled in here, the settings from the plangroup are used. When these are empty, the settings from companies are used. |
| Capabilities | Certain restriction or possibilities for this employee. More on capabilities can be found here. |
| Accessories | Define here accessories like company working clothes, phones, or PPE's. |
| Cards | Here you fill in gas cards, creditcards, simcard, etc. which are used by this employee. |
| Scheduled appointments / Appointments | Recurring appointments like courses and examinations can be put down here. Appointments for this are made under Appointments. When the module Activity Planning has been purchased these appointments are also shown in the screen Planning. See also: Availability - Appointments and scheduled events |
| Photos/Images | Here you add the documents for this employee (employment contract, picture, dossiers). See also: Documents and rights |
| Linked resources | Here the fixed truck and trailer for a driver are recorded. See also: Couple resources |
