Within Transpas the possibility exists to set up multiple companies.
Data can be shared between these companies, for example orders, relations, employees, vehicles, invoices, and more.
Read more about sharing data between companies on the page about intercompany:
Companies are the highest level within Transpas Enterprise.
In Transpas Enterprise many settings can be done on different levels:
In general settings on a certain level are overruled by settings on a lower level. In the screen Companies you make default settings, and on lower levels you can make exceptions on those default settings.
For example:
You can state on companylevel that the price per kilometer for a truck is € 1.00.
On the plangroup you can make an exception on this rule. When plangroup A uses heavier trucks, you could charge a price per kilometer of € 1.20.
When you have agreed upon a set price with a charter, you can make an exception for the prices set on plangroup level, just for this relation. This can be a higher amount or a lower amount.
The lowest in this case is the vehicle, here you can also set a price per kilometer.
When this is set up correctly and adjusted over time, you will get a realistic overview of the fuelcosts.
You see this concept of levels throughout Transpas. On a higher level a base setting is made, and on lower levels exceptions can be made.
