The unplanned shipments can be seen at the bottom left of the planning screen.
These are the shipments that are not yet on a route and have not been cancelled for planning in the Transport orders screen.
The planning screen can be opened via the button in the task bar 
, or one of the options below:
- Go to -> Transport -> Planning or
- F11 -> Planning
¶ Time range unplanned shipments
Planners do not always want to see all unplanned shipments, but for example only the shipments from today and tomorrow.
In the Plangroups screen, tab Extra parameters, header Standard screen filters, it is possible to indicate the time range for the unplanned shipments to be shown.

What could be a reason that an order is not in the bin with unplanned shipments?
- No plan group found on order
- Planner looks in the wrong plan group
- There is a filter on the unplanned orders
- Warehouse unload or load button is on
- Order is split and looks different/not original loading or unloading address
- Order is already planned
- Order is cancelled for planning: see order status in the order screen
- Order is still open in edit mode, not yet recorded
- Screen has not yet been updated: Press F5
- Planner looks at map selection instead of unplanned loads
