Before users can log in to Transpas Online, users must be created.
This happens in Transpas Enterprise.
In Transpas Online, a user is linked to a contact person from a financial relation.
If this has not already been done, first ensure that the relation is set up correctly.
The user has now been created.
A fully created user could look like this:
Various user groups are available.
For a detailed explanation of the user groups, see the article on setting up permissions and authorization.
In general the following applies:
Group | Gives access to |
---|---|
Base | Transpas Online - Must always be applied |
Order Entry (- Specs.) | Order entry without goods lines |
Order Entry (+ Specs.) | Order entry with goods lines |
Order Publish | View all own orders from Transpas Enterprise |
Warehouse | Warehouse screens |
The users are synchronized from Transpas Enterprise to Transpas Online.
Synchronization generally takes place once every half hour.
It can therefore take up to half an hour before the created user becomes active.
When the user is synchronized, the column Transferred on the External interfaces tab will turn green.
On the Transpas Online EDI Provider, an overview of all Transpas Online users can be seen on the Users tab. Changes can also be made here, such as changing a password, user group or linked contact person.
However, it is recommended to create new users under the financial relationship, because a good portion of the necessary information is already filled in there automatically.
Transpas Online is available, by default, available in English, Dutch, Danish and German.
Other languages are possible but will have to be manually translated through the field settings.
