Transpas Online users are linked to a financial relation in Transpas Enterprise. By default, no units or products are available to users. To ensure that the right units and products can be selected, these must be made available to the financial relation.
This applies not only to units and products, but also to a number of other things.
Below are all items to which this applies:
Depending on the modules purchased, not all options may be available
To make the mentioned items available, a web interface must be linked to the financial relation. To do this, go to the Financial relations screen and click on the Web interfaces tab.
Create a new line and select the Transpas Online EDI Provider in the column Web interface.
It is now possible to add the various items in the lower part of the screen.
An item can be added by adding a new line in the lower part of the screen. However, for most items it is easier to use the button at the top. Below is an example for adding units.
Press the Add Units button. The question whether to select units based on usage appears. With Yes, a from date can be selected. It then selects all units that have been used with that financial relation since the selected date.
If No, an overview appears of all units from which a choice can be made. Here it is possible to select multiple units by holding down Shift or Ctrl while clicking. Ctrl + A also works.
After selecting the units they will be added to the web interface.
Repeat the above steps for all necessary items.
The customer has been set up and users can now be created.
