If on-board computers are used, there is the possibility to import the activities of drivers.
For this, an extra module is required.
Go to the OBC activities screen. Then click on Import time registrations.
Select the desired period and employees. After this, you will see the activities per driver per period. The colored bars represent a specific activity. In the ideal situation, all bars connect to each other, i.e.; there is no overlap in activities and there is no irresponsible time. A day type is also recognized per day. In the example below, it is a one-day trip.
At the top you can choose between the different time registration groups, for example Office staff or Drivers. In addition, you can select another employee with button 3 and a period with button 4.
You can zoom in with CTRL +, zoom out with CTRL –
The Time line tab shows the sum of all break hours. The Activities tab shows the imported activities. With the Show raw button you can switch between original activities and normalized activities.
With the Show group total button you can switch between daily totals or period totals (in the window at the bottom right).
Via the Activity type groups screen you can create groups on which you want to total. This will then also be visible at the bottom right. It is recommended to create as few groups as possible.
After checking and possibly correcting the imported activities, the hours must be exported to the time administration.
This can be done with the following button.
After clicking the button above, you will be asked to select a period and 1 or more employees.
In the Time Administration screen, you will now see the result of the imported/corrected hours.
The following steps are described in Create Time Sheet
