¶ Introduction
The module Damage registration is intended to record damage to the shipment or to a vehicle.
The main screen used for this is the screen F11 -> Damages.
In this screen you can record damages, the cause of the damage, photos of damages and the financial side of this damage.
The screen looks like this:
¶ Module Anomaly registration
The damage registration module is separate from the [Anomaly registration] module (/nl/orders/anomaly_registration).
With Anomaly registration, anomalies in shipments can be recorded. A big difference is that an anomaly is linked to a shipment, but damage doesn't have to be. Damage can also be damage to a vehicle.
Therefore it isn't possible to transfer an anomaly to the module Damage registration. When an anomaly results in damage, this damage has to be recorded manually in the screen Damages.

Document location
A separate document location can be set up for damage documents.
