With the module anomaly registration you can register anomalies which result in an incomplete shipment.
The main screen which is used for this is the screen F11 -> Anomalies.
In this screen you record anomalies in shipments, for instance caused by damage or a mistake made by the driver.

The module Damage registration is a module that looks like the module Anomaly registration. However, Damage registration is specifically intended to record damage. And damage isn't always retraceble to a shipment, damage can also be damage to a vehicle or in a warehouse.

A seperate location for documents related to anomalies can be set.
