Transport bookings - Copy/delete and raise/lower tariffs functionality added to maut/toll
Copy and delete functionality added the maut surcharge group elements as well as to the toll surcharge group element(s). Also raise/lower tariffs actions added.
Warehousing - First weekday sunday (ISO) added to customer tariff components
Normally the first week of the year is the week containing the first 4 days of january.
When using sunday as first day of the week, this will result in having 53 weeks just one year ahead
compared to numbering with monday as first weekday.
The new option "Sunday (ISO week)" will fix this problem by stay'ing in sync with the "monday" numbering.
