Improvements P&O integration
Improvements in the P&O integration:
- It is now possible to lookup the Sailing Schedule from Transpas, using the Provider Account Information button:
- Improved the functionality that determines the Vehicle Type Code.
- Package Type will not be used anymore in Empty bookings.
Improvements DFDS integration
- "FishAndSeafoodOnly" is now also available for DFDS bookings.
- Bookings marked as Empty can now also contain shipments (this will be interpreted as Empty Packages).
- You can now set "Customs information required" to "No" on crossings. In that case, shipment information will not be included in the booking.
Improvements CLdN integration
- Upgraded to version 17.3
- Solved a problem where the departure date/time was being processed as a external change of sailing, while CLdN just provided the realised departure date/time.
Improvements Finnlines / Grimaldi integration
Bookings with cargo type LORRY will contain a driver from now on, even if the name of the driver is not known (yet).
Samskip integration bugfix
Fixed a problem where Samskip could not process some bookings correctly because of unexpected Collection & Delivery sequences.
Crossing orders general improvements
General improvements in crossing orders module:
- After a succesful cancellation of a crossing order, the external order number and edi reference will be emptied. This makes using the same crossing order for new bookings possible without any problems. This also prevents the situation that an external order number existed multiple times in Transpas, if the external party reused a number from a cancelled place.
- Temperature values from the Planning screen will now also be used in crossing bookings.
- Procedure for reading FTP files is now more efficient. This has simplified the connections for DFDS, Scandlines, Samskip and A2B.
- The reference that Transpas uses for bookings {CrossingOrdernr}-{TripId}, will now be saved in a new [LastSentOrderId] field for bookings, and read from confirmation and status files to the new [ConfirmedOrderId] field (visible in the crossing order screen as "Confirmed Order Id").
- Improvements have been made in searching crossing orders using External Order Id and the Transpas reference (Confirmed Order Id). This is procedure is useful for processing confirmations and statuses for all crossing providers.
Bugfix sp_send_mail
Solved a problem in sp_send_mail, where the procedure got stuck when there were multiple attachments with the same file name.

With cleaning matrices you can determine whether cleaning should take place or which clean program should be used dependant on the previous load(s).
