Palletnumbers are very useful for the identication of pallets in the warehouse. Transpas Enterprise can assign this incoming pallets a number automatically. You can then print this number as a barcode on a label and stick it on a pallet.
Firstly one palletnumber needs to be creeated in the screen Palletnumbers.

The palletnumbers defined below will result in the palletnumbers P000001, P000002, P000003 etc.:
After this the palletnumber has to be assigned to a branch and / or customer.

Screen Branches -> When filled in here, the palletnumbers will be used with all customers.

On the customer level a deviating palletnumber can be used, or the assignment of palletnumbers can be turned off.
¶ Inbound orders
When a inbound pallet is recorded, the system wil automatically assign a palletnumber when a mutation is created.
- When the F6 key is used to automatically generate lines the field "Palletnr" on the order must be empty. Otherwise the system will use this as a default.
- When warehouse mutations are entered the same applies, the system only generates a palletnumber when the user hasn't entered a palletnumber.

When inbound orders are to be imported, then there also the rule applies that the palletnr field must be empty before the system will automatically fill this column.
The palletnumber which the customer supplies will have to be imported into another field. (For instance type, type2, or type3.)
