With Transpas Online Version 7, we’re introducing a series of improvements to make your daily work experience even more efficient and user-friendly. In this article, you'll find a comprehensive overview of the major changes and new features compared to version 6.

¶ Improvements
Touchscreen compatibility
Transpas Online now works with touchscreen devices! The interface automatically adjusts to the size and orientation of the screen.
Personal layout
The screen layout is saved per user and per device.
Table filter functionality
There is always a filter field available for tables, allowing you to filter across different fields simultaneously using commas. For example: ‘Art Systems, Groningen’.
Performance improvements
The interface has been rebuilt from the ground up, resulting in: A more responsive and intuitive interface with reduced data traffic.
Synchronization with Transpas Enterprise
The dimensions of units are automatically synchronized and loaded from Transpas Enterprise. An additional setting has been added, allowing automatic volume calculation based on the loaded or entered dimensions.

More options in settings
Access the settings by clicking the gear icon in the lower left corner, next to your username.
- You can adjust the font size, and the interface scales accordingly.
- You have the option to reopen the last used screen when starting TPO after closing it.
- When entering orders with goods, you can work with goods items. This allows you to work at the "deepest" level. All data levels reference this deepest level. On low resolution, you may not be able to display this level properly, so you can choose to disable it entirely.
¶ Changes
These updates mean that certain features have changed and buttons have moved. Below is a summary of the most important changes:
- The menu bar has moved to the left side of the screen. It can be automatically hidden or pinned (if the screen resolution allows it).
- The option to import shipments can now be found under the action menu.
- Reports are now under the ‘Lists’ tab.
- Stickers can now be found under the ‘Stickers’ tab.
Standard Themes and Logo
In Transpas Online Version 7, you can choose from six standard themes: Blue, Grey, Minimal, Tropical, Candy, and Default. Once you've made your choice, let us know, and we will activate your preference. By default, the system is set to the ‘Blue’ theme.
You can also choose to display a logo on the login screen and in the sidebar at the top left. If you want to use this feature, provide us with the logo, and we will ensure it is displayed.
Note: The logo must have a height-to-width ratio of approximately 1:4 and should not be too large to avoid delays in loading. The logo is always displayed properly scaled and without distortion. You must host the logo yourself and provide us with the URL.
