Transpas uses the PTV X-server to calculate toll costs. These costs are always in the currency of the country in which the costs are made. This will be Euro in most cases. When this is a different currency, this will be shown in the column 'Currency':

When Currency has no value, this means the currency has not been created within Transpas. To do this, go to F11 - Currencies and add a line for this currency.
In the columns Unit price and Amount excl. the amount is displayed in the currency of the country. In the column CC totalamount the amount is displayed in the company currency based on the currency rate that has been set in the screen Currency.

Transpas also has toll items. A toll item in Transpas is for instance a tunnel or a bridge. Well known are the Westerscheldetunnel in the Netherlands or the Storebælt in Denmark.
The screen can be opened through
The moment the route of a trip passes a toll item, the PTV routeplanner communicates this to Transpas. When the toll items doesn't exist within Transpas, a line is automatically created in the screen Toll items.
Adjusting the tariff
But what if another price has been agreed?

In the screenshot above for Denmark the tol item Great Belt Fixed Link has been automatically created. Here the creditor A/S Storebæltsforbindelsen has been manually filled in.
To change the price under Costs a date from and currency.
Under tariff 10,00 has been filled in.
Now, when a trip passes the Great Belt Fixed Link, Transpas automatically creates a line under trip costs for crediteur A/S Storebæltsforbindelsen with an amount of 10 EUR.
