A maut surcharge group ruleset can be used to set the conditions under which a maut surcharge group is used.
Open the screen via:
- F11 -> Maut surcharge group provisions
- Main files -> Transport -> Maut surcharge -> Maut surcharge group ruleset
The screen consists of 4 parts:
- Top left the rulesets
- Bottom left the date of and date until which the ruleset applies
- Right the rules and below that the various conditions and the maut surcharge group that is filled in
¶ Date
The date can be filled in at the bottom left.
It is possible to create a new schedule of rules in advance.
¶ Order
The rules are processed from top to bottom. The first rule that is correct is used.
A maut surcharge group ruleset always results in one maut surcharge group.
The order of the rules can be adjusted using the green arrows:
¶ Conditions
The conditions that a shipment must meet can be filled in under the conditions.
The field with the yellow background can be filled in with the maut surcharge group that must result from the determination.
¶ Set up
A standard maut surcharge group ruleset can be set for the entire company in the screen
Companies:
- Companies -> tab Transport -> tab Transport parameters -> Transport order defaults -> Standard maut surcharge group ruleset
An exception can be made to the standard ruleset per client by setting a specific determination in the screen financial relations:
- Financial relations -> tab Transport -> tab Transport parameters -> tab Maut surcharge group ruleset
Then the maut surcharge group can be found on the shipment under the tab Financial (and the amount):
