In Transpas it is possible to set a credit limit for a debtor.
You will then get a message when the credit limit will be exceeded.
Go to -> Relations -> Financial Relations and click on the tab sheet Financial.
You will see the folllowing settings on the right side:
Here a credit state can be assigned to a debtor. This is purely informative, Transpas has no functionality associated to the credit state.
Here you fill in the credit limit for this debtor. When filling in an order this amount is compared to the total of
When this amount exceeds the credit limit a notification of this will be shown. (It can be set whether or not this notification is shown, see No credit limit warning).
Click the button with the magnifying glass behind Credit limit to show the open amount for this debtor:
The remark you fill in here, will be shown when the credit limit will be exceeded.
When dit is set to yes, no message is shown when the credit limit is exceeded.
When this is set to yes, a transport booking cannot be saved when the credit limit is exceeded. When set to No you only get a warning, the transport booking can be saved anyway by clicking on yes.
When an order is made and a tariff filled in, Transpas checks if the set credit limit has been exceeded. When this is true, the following message will appear on the screen:
This is an examply of a warning. If you choose Yes, the order is saved anyway.
When the settings Block when exceeding credit limit is set tot Yes (see above) the order can't be recorded in Transpas.
